Tom Brown
Tom’s master’s degree in communication, fifteen years in pipeline operations, and fourteen years in writing procedures for one of the US’s largest tank farms has equipped him with the skills and experience to meet the demands facing the pipeline industry.
Tom additionally created or taught pipeline required courses such as HAZWOPER, Safety, Incident Command, Emergency Response, and Team Resource training. His passion for professional education and his engaging style of in-person training has made him an effective speaker across a variety of pipeline related subjects.
Katie Brown
Katie has a master’s degree in education, which she has effectively used in various organizational leadership positions for event planning and emceeing. Katie has spent over a decade working alongside non-profit organizations to enhance their programs’ impact while reviewing and revising their published and non-published materials. Katie’s work as a paralegal, her attention to detail, and her engaging presence make her an integral part of Cypher Pipeline Solutions’ technical review process and her passion to help people succeed.
